ReplyDeleteWe went solar on our house probably 7 or 8 years ago. It's been good - for the most part. Now we're trying to decide on battery back-up - cuz we don't have that as yet. And, currently, the batteries aren't so environmentally friendly, either.

#1) I don't know if this irks anyone else, but I have seen people in parking lots, more times than I like, empty their copious amounts of cigarette butts right in the middle of parking lots.
I know it's not pictured here, but I have picked up many of sticky cum (napkins) left from dudes on the trails that just have wiped their fucking sticky fingers!! I sometimes say, Oh I'll pick that up for you, BUT most don't get it.
I'm tired and going to hit the hay, because when I'm tired I can be nasty, and I don't want to go there.
Well one more, my home down, has been giving out free meals since Covid, and there are some Ingnites that take the meal open the container and when the fussy fuckers don't' like the meal, you think that would put it in the trash baskets outside? No they turn the corner and smash it on the side corner in disgust. They are fucking drunk, and they are not happy that is not a freaking T-bone steak. They think the world owes them something. What a waste of food, and disgust at the same time.
