  1. Yep.

But it was never about babies, the Dems know that. Well, I hope they know that. Even most Republicans know that. At least I hope they do. We'll find out in a nonce over a year.

  2. To the second Ms Cohan we in Province of Québec (Canada) have it all free for her first paragraph. Our parental leave is also for BOTH parents to help them for the firts months having that new baby.
As we have our universal health care system the women have no money to pay for any of their birth hopitalisation and even for those who are giving birth with a «birth woman aid».

The new mother also have charge free a lactation consutant etc...

Each child here as soon as he is registered for the population governements as a new citizen, the parents, each month, will recieve a «family allocation money» to help them. As I no more have children I don't really know the amount but it's around $500 to 1000! each month for the first child.
IF you have more than one child, the moneuy you receive is higher.
I think that a three children family can have like $3 000 each month from the governements.

  3. @Ricko,

For you it looks like «amazing» but for us it's the way our governements and people take care of ALL our citizens.

We don't rely on «thoughts and prayers» because religion, mainly here Catholic one, is no more part of the decisions of our governemnts.
