  1. So did I; and we watched it regularly, especially since my mother LOVED David McCallum.

  3. The day was quite ordinary, quiet and almost happy enough,
Autumn's sun was kind and made me forget life is tough,
Only to learn, once again, how fragile is bliss,
For you are now a fine person I'll miss.

  6. David M. was not a classically handsome man
but boyishly good looking and aged so
well that by the time NCIS started he was
    a babe!
    Goodbye, David.

  7. When I was quite young, I thought he was so cute.

  8. Remember him from the Outer Limits episode the Sixth Finger as the Irish lad turned into a monster from the future in a scientist's lab. Mc Callum played the part well in that provocative TV series. We always see old movies and TV reruns of actors and think of them in their youth, shocked to find McCallum was 90, how time flies. :)

  9. It's his role in NCIS that I will remember most fondly.

  10. I, too, loved "The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Watching it every week. I considered David to be good looking, just needed a bit more muscle to be a spy. I really enjoyed him on CSI in his later years. He was perfect for both parts! Still looking sexy after all of those years! May he rest in peace.

  12. I'll truly miss him. Such a sane, wonderful, talented man. A lovely presence in the world.

I saw him in a terrific drama at Playwright's Horizons over twenty years ago and he couldn't have been better. I peak memory.

    Thanks for the tribute, Rick.

  13. Before I had a clue what it meant (something like 5 years old) I had such a crush on him in Man from UNCLE.
