  1. "Seat" is the Spanish arm of "VW". FWIW

  2. I love the idea of an electric car but, if we expect to go all-electric, the prices need to come down. Way down.

  3. The bodies change but the feet pretty much stay the same.

  4. I'm not a fan of all electric cars because even their construction isn't that «green».
There is the Polestar 2 (Volvo-China) who is showing where are its components coming from and the aluminum is from a «green» source. They are the only one to let the customer see where all the materials are from.

Also, in all those electric cars, the minerals in the batteries are extracted in not very «green» maner.

As I saw in some research, it takes you to drive your electric car for over 180 00 km to equal the pollution of a normal car.

Here in Province of Québe, we have a huge hydro elecricity power supply which helps to make it «green« to drive those.
Which isn't the case in USA or Europe where the electricity is produce by fossile fuel: not so green after all.

What is an issue is that electric cars are more and more used here but to recharge them the places to recharge them are not as widdly spread all over our territory.
Not to forget the time to recharge is long and not really handy on a long trip.

I'll stick to my 4 cylinder car as long as I can.
I don't use it alot, 4 000 km a year and I mostly go on metro and bus here in Montreal which is more ecological and more now as my «Opus» pass is FREE for guys over 65yo.
