Okay, this may be the only time I say something positive about #45, or #2 as I call him(as in: "Little Donald, did you just go the bathroom? Did you do #1 or #2? Was it orange again? Do you need any help wiping your fat ass?")
In light of everything that has happened and is going to happen, I can honestly say I have never seen a person with such a staggering ego and intestinal-fortitude. His perseverance and endurance to continue on in the face of certain doom is admirable. Any other sane person(which definitely proves he is not) would be making plans to stealthily leave the country, not campaigning to be the next President. I truly am in awe!
Every time I see a picture of special counsel Jack Smith, I see a man who is thinking "Okay you bloated hideous gargoyle, you've fucked up my country, you've fucked over many of its citizens, but you've fucked your last fuck. YOU. ARE. GOING. DOWN.

I strongly agree! The puzzlement is about whether Trump is actually planning these things, with a strategy, or is he just flailing around trying to save face for his massive ego? He's continually bullied others to get what he wants, except Jack Smith is the rock which will break Trump's knuckles, in concept.
Jack Smith is a man on a mission. I just hope it happens sooner than later. OF course, Trump will not have the good sense to "go away" and get out of our news cycles, with appeals upon appeals upon appeals.
During his term in office, Trump got far too many "free passes" on things others normally did, but HE did not. For anybody else, investigations would have been initiated quickly, but his Republican friends were too busy hanging onto his coat tails, by observation. THEY needed HIM, as they would have been toast otherwise.
Many Republicans stopped working for the Country when they started blockading Obama as their main objective. They lost that "work together" orientation before Clinton left. Here comes Trump and he's their free-ride to fame, IF they idolize him, which most did.
Jack Smith is a man on a mission. I certainly hope he is successful in that mission, too!
THEN, we need a group of younger Republicans, tired of the Trumpism and blockades, who know and understand that much of what the Republican party has been up to for the past decades has only prevented the USA from making the progress it should have been making.
THEN, we need to get the Federalist Society out of the Supreme Court. With the SC also passing some strict ethic codes and then make them so, no matter what, with full public accountability!
