Army, Too...

  1. Certainly a side of war that I never considered. Taking time to love a furry little friend when your mission is to hate and kill the enemy. I have mixed emotions on the post and thanks for finding this interesting story.

  6. It was Simon, a navy ratter, who is the only cat to have won the Dickin Medal for military gallantry. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_(cat)

    Nice uplifting posting Rick.

I love the last two pics of each of the navy and the army.

Navy: The kittens/cat seem to love their new friend.
Army: Nursing the kitten back to health.

  10. Sean - We have one cat named Dexter and he's 18 years old. There are two images under "Personal", over in the Labels section in the right column. There should be one more but I need to see what I did with it.
