This is a sick disease that has spread not-so-silently. More dead and injured in the Four Corners region of New Mexico on Monday. Asshole walked down the middle of a street with multiple guns (including an AR) firing at random. If you want "suicide by cop" you don't need to take others with you....
ReplyDeleteFor a long time, I've said "Everybody is crazy, just a matter of degree", somewhat laughingly. Combine that with latent anxiety and paranoia, plus NOT being taught "how to cope with things you don't like", and you get the current firearm situation, I suspect. Don't like somebody/something, then go out and shoot them dead . . . problem solved . . . to them. And now we have 12 year olds shooting people they don't like! These issues took decades to get to where they now are and can't be fixed overnight. And the parents apparently don't know that they are responsible for their minor kid's actions, either!
