Those homes are tight for a family.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a starter home.
Now for a single gay man like myself, it's perfect.
I like the style of The Bergis with the size of Atlanta-Plan 2. I can use one of the bedrooms as a flex room-office/den/guest bedroom.
I am not a fan of garages in front BUT with the Bergis the garage is not part of the house and I love the breezeway.

ReplyDeleteI live in Denver.
There are some great older homes here.
I don't need a lot of space. Just has to have a good flow and storage. I always say that if I don't use all the rooms then I don't need them. I hate big kitchens and or bathrooms. I live in a condo that is 832 sq. feet.
VRCooper - 832s/f is a comfortable size.
