The 1963 Corvette was awesome. I had a diecast metal Corgi Toys model of it in my teenage time. The «T» back window was so hot even if not very effective to see to the back.
The '59 DeSoto looked very familiar, but checking Google Images, I believe our family had the very similar looking 1857 model. Such a monster, but I thought it was a cool car because it had a pusg-button, automatic transmission.
Never heard of Jensen... Nice lines, though.

ReplyDeleteCar design is so much fun. Doing Hard Times In Shaker Heights just did a thing on 1961 Plymouth/Chryslers - eye opening.
