We have an all glass building right beside a busy 6 lane loop going east-west here in San Antonio - if you happen to be driving early morning or late afternoon it reflects the sun in your eyes and is dangerously blinding- there are several others here also
Very Gattaca alike - at least that's the first reference that came to mind. +1 on Upton's comment : how many birds suffered from crashing into this beautiful yet dangerous illusion? Overall: when I come across a building all-covered in glass I cannot help but thinking if the effect is not just here to make one forget about the lack of actual artistic inspiration. Which consequently leads me to think that: 1. most architects are more concerned about technical skills show-off than they are of an art pursuit, 2. I must be a retrograde idiot for not keeping up with my time :-p

Laurent - Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It's neither good or bad. Someday, glass exteriors may become passé.
