Driving back home after grocery shopping this a.m. and looking at the vehicles on the road, I wondered why American car buyers are settling for for so little when it comes to design and aesthetics. Unless you can afford $350K for a custom made car, what we're offered is mostly the same cookie cutter design from every manufacturer in your choice of 4-5 colors(white, silver, black, gray, blue). I wish the car companies would go back to ala carte pricing and options available. It was somewhat of a hassle but you at least wound up with a car that was personalized to your liking(interior and exterior colors and trim, wheels, sunroof, etc.) These bus makeovers are unique and just so much fun to see. I bet a ride in one would be as memorable.
Now that's the first time I've seen a VW bus that look like that! I don't know I want to drive one but that certainly would be fun to go glamping in when I go to the Woods Campground in the Pocono Mountains
Wild and crazy. Love it.
