Whoa there pardner, wait just a gall dern minute! Rudy Giuliani said that? He's said a ton of stupid stuff, but I can't believe he'd say something like that. Turns out he didn't. Check The Borowitz Report/New Yorker. Andy Borowitz is a political satirist who writes for the New Yorker and makes up these outrageous headlines, and seems to do a damn fine job of it, too.
Borowitz is great! Republicans, not so great.
