My Bi-PAP machine is here!

My Bi-PAP machine is here!

I've actually been resisting this for years, but could not put it off any longer.

I'm hoping it will at least help me sleep better.

  1. I had two friends who snored terribly.. now they each have one of those machines and said they sleep like babies.

  3. It will. My husband just got one. He's built like you and not only does HE sleep better, but we BOTH sleep better.

  4. Middie - That is my hope.

    Will - Thanks.

Wolf - It'll take some getting used to having a "thing" on my face.

  5. Congratulations!! I started sleeping with a CPAP in 1992 and a BiPAP in 2006 and it absolutely changed my life. I'm not gonna lie - they do take a little getting used to, but once you finally fall into a routine they make a world of difference in the overall quality of your life.

    Best of luck to you!

  7. Just now had the chance to read this post. You will be amazed at how much better you feel after using it for a while. I use a C-Pap myself and have been for 15 years now. Can't sleep without it now.
