I had two friends who snored terribly.. now they each have one of those machines and said they sleep like babies.
ReplyDelete*fingers crossed* for you.
ReplyDeleteIt will. My husband just got one. He's built like you and not only does HE sleep better, but we BOTH sleep better.
ReplyDeleteMiddie - That is my hope.
ReplyDeleteWill - Thanks.
Wolf - It'll take some getting used to having a "thing" on my face.
Congratulations!! I started sleeping with a CPAP in 1992 and a BiPAP in 2006 and it absolutely changed my life. I'm not gonna lie - they do take a little getting used to, but once you finally fall into a routine they make a world of difference in the overall quality of your life.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck to you!
Jimbo - Thanks for the encouragement.
ReplyDeleteJust now had the chance to read this post. You will be amazed at how much better you feel after using it for a while. I use a C-Pap myself and have been for 15 years now. Can't sleep without it now.
ReplyDeleteNatrboy - Thank you!
