  1. He sure as hell is dragging his feet. And what about the asshat Repukes in Congress? Not a damn peep about what the DOJ will do in those cases. Just let them skate away now because they're in congress???? Garland better get a move-on.

  2. Pat - I've lost all faith in our justice system.

  3. Garland either knows something we do not, OR he is buying into the Republicans' narrative that what Trump did is no worse than what Biden has done (with the sensitive documents "off-site"). The difference is that Trump KNEW what he was doing and took NO efforts to protect the documents from others. Biden had his locked away and gave them back when asked.

IF THE DOJ CAN GET CONVICTIONS AGAINST THE RIOTERS OF 01/06, CONSISTENTLY, THE DOJ OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO CONVICT THE GUY WHO REQUESTED THEY BE THERE ON 01/06!

  5. I've lost all hope on this one. I heard a respected attorney level with a pundit today and tell him that, even if Trump were to be indicted TODAY, it still wouldn't go to trial for a full year at LEAST - that's a full THREE YEARS after the insurrection - and even then he might escape with a mere slap on the wrist and at THAT he can always appeal, dragging litigation on for additional YEARS into the future.

Frozen molasses moves faster. I'm out.
