Yes---I was young and dumb when I graduated in 1976 at 19---I was in a religious cocoon until around 27----Then it was no holds bar---I moved out on my own at 19----Worked as a nurses aide---I was able to comfortably support myself---Nothing fancy---My first apartment was $160 a month----A few years later I bought a used car---And the rest is history---The point is that one should not have to work 2, 3-maybe more-to make a decent living----All should have basic health care-including dental and mental health---For so long we have let a selected few make choices for the majority---We have to break that cycle---Money out of politics, curtail lobbyists, a living wage that addresses the current state of our economy, restore voting rights, revising/doing away with the electoral college, critically access the Supreme Court and make needed changes, gerrymander to the point of being balanced, revamp tax system so that the loopholes are closed and everyone pays their fair share...---

VRCooper - That's an excellent list of reforms that are desperately needed in this country!

Boomers had plenty of help from the WWII generation in electing Ronald Reagan. Just because we're the oldest generation now, that doesn't make us responsible for everything wrong with the world. I doubt that very many Proud Boys were born before 1965.

I do not consider younger generations lazy. Nor are they unreasonable in wanting a shot at what we got. But I don't feel that we as a generation are entirely responsible for this mess. Trump (look down and spit) is evil, truly. But Zuckerberg, Musk an Bezos are not Boomers, and they have a lot of influence in today's economic and political situation. More than their fair share
