We did have a provincial election last October 3 and no such thing here as poll watchers from one of our 5 parties to block anyone frome voting.
WE ALL have as Canadians our names in the voting registery and received weeks before our voting card to tell us where to vote etc....
The only thing we have to do at the voting poll is to show our identity card like a driver's licence, universal healthcare card or our passport etc.
Our voting system is overseen by a non partisan general election comitee. The Director General of the elections is there to see if there could be any irregularity in any phase of the elections.
