WHO is going to be there "at the time of conception" to note whom the interested parties might be? Time and date? Sounds like a BIG invasion of personal privacy by those who claim to not like "Big Government", yet seem bent on the government controlling people's lives. Similar to the "bathroom police" they advocated, too? Wonder if condom sales in OK will rise with the passage of that new legislation? BUT if life begins with ejaculation . . . .
