I like simple is best---Did you notice all of the bathrooms are not assessable from the main living areas---Back in the day, I looked at apartments where your guests had to go through your bedroom to use the faclities---Not like I kept a messy house but the set-up was kind of strange for me---Just like in times past your washer and dryer were in the kitchen in some shape or form---Still is in some places in Europe---

  3. Interesting floor plans! With no central hallway, no place to put the bathrooms except in the bedroom. Not a lot of closet space, either. Maybe equivalent to the later efficiency apartments and "a tiny house that does not roll"?
