I assembled this post after a nice dinner that my beautiful boyfriend prepared, with too much wine in my belly, and thinking of all the Ukrainians and Russians, and everyone in conflict areas, that will never get to experience the pleasure of food again. I'm very sad.
(I needed some levity.)
