ReplyDeleteAnd yet it continued to happen in one way or anther throughout the 20th century and into the 21st and continues still. Any roundup of international news throws up many examples. There is an evil streak in humankind which seems impossible to control. It continues to amaze me that we can get a man to the moon and produce other great scientific and engineering "miracles" and yet we have not found a way to stop humankind killing each other.
