I wouldn't say «unpack the courts» but more «neutralize them» meaning putting judges that aren't partisans to any parti and shows their neutraltity by not supporting any party or groups that are affiliated to their ideology.
We have it in Canada and in many democratic countries so it's doable.
Yep. They get to walk all over us, but we're the 'radicals.' Destroy the GOP and preserve democracy.
