I saw the story about the development of these bots or robots or whatever you call them on 60 Minutes and I can appreciate the sci. and tech. that created these amusing creatures. But truthfully, I sense a malevolent side to them and wonder at what point the dancing stops and the attacking begins. Be prepared for the battle to come. Have a safe and happy weekend.

Milleson - Oh, dear! You have a very good point. That hadn't even occurred to me. I was thinking more along the lines of them taking jobs away from people.

I think that those robots would never attack us because they are guided by computers that have a program loaded by humans. Sure if those humans want to hurt anyone like air force drones, then we are in danger.

I saw hundred of air drones run by computer doing aerial ballet with lights of all colors and it's amazing. Again, They wouldn't do it unless they're linked to a computer that was loaded with its program.

The «artificial intelligence» isn't advanced enough to give thoe «robots» a «real» intelligence and self awareness.

It will happen in a way far future when we will be able to equalize the human brain to put it in a «machine».

See this it's amazing

Maybe the robots will take pity on the unfortunate human race with all of its pitfalls and help humans to gain compassion and teach the humans to make a better world...
