Oh hello Mr RMRL. A flat just went available in my building. And you will be very welcome to move in (at least by me).
#1 is lovely, though, #2 has a lot going for him. I pic #1 though. I have a 'preference'.
Number one is a Dylan Rosser model from quite a few yrs back. Would like to see how he has matured.
