These are the companies still giving money to the lawmakers who voted to overturn the election results
Companies including Toyota, JetBlue, and Cigna are still donating thousands of dollars to the lawmakers who voted against Joe Biden's certification as president.
its a very terrible circumstances in our nation at the moment, where one man holds so much sway of politicians,...... I feel that if we continue down this road and the other party does not speak up, yell to the top of their lungs, to squelch the Trumpians... the American People will loose...and loose our freedoms in the next ten or so years.
ReplyDeleteTotaly unbelievable...
ReplyDeleteWhat a mess in what is happening in that «Retrumplicon» party.
They're just going down the drain of to hell and they don't even see it.
Blind people leadint other blind people.
When you see Matt Gaetz and Marjory Taylor Green being applaud and gathering million of dollars on the big lie: they're some of their followers that need some education and even some brain transplants.
"Tommy" - Yes, absolutely, lots of noise needs to be made.
ReplyDeleteJiEL - Or frontal lobotomies.
LOL!
ReplyDeleteYou must admit that to be able to do a lobotomy they must have a brain first.
Rad - Unfortunately, I feel the exact same way that you do.
ReplyDeleteWe should get a full list and boycott them all... just astounding that anyone supports them. If them... then I suppose the NRA, too?
ReplyDeleteuptonking - I wouldn't be surprised.
ReplyDeleteI was most shocked to see Pfizer on that list.
ReplyDeletebut now the president is Biden. Why do they keep giving money?
ReplyDeleteXersex - Because a capitalist company will grease the palm of whoever they think will be best for their company, not the nation.
ReplyDeleteI understood this, but the fact is that centuries will have passed in four years. Maybe Trump won't even be alive anymore!
ReplyDeleteThe only one out of those listed that I use is AT&T. I'm waiting for their response to having given money to the PAC that distributed money to the dissidents. If they give again...well, they lose my business. It is their right to fund whomever they choose. But it is my right to patronize whomever I choose. And, I refuse to spend my money with those companies who support the dismantling of our Democratic republic.
ReplyDeleteXersex - It is my great hope that twitter-ass dies a horrible, suffering death. But his minion followers could possibly win control of Congress. Then we're up the proverbial creek without much of a paddle.
ReplyDeletewhkattk - I was very disappointed by Toyota; I love their cars.
Pilate died.
ReplyDeleteMohamet died.
Hitler died.
And the list goes on and on.
Still there are vandals, slaughterers and so-called supremacists all over.
As much as we aspire for hope, it is time we face it: this planetary cancer that humanity is has to be stopped. And that Covid-thingy might just be the first sign from 'Mother Nature' stepping in to say "Enough! You carbon-based little things ought to go back to soil and usefully feed that very Earth you despised for so long."
(unfortunately, it seems that we humans are so stubborn they won't give up until they've destroyed it all. Sigh)
BatRedneck - I've long thought that humans are a cancer on the planet because we can't keep ourselves in check, or get along. I've also thought that Covid was nature's way of culling the herd. Nature has yet another way to deal with us: "What intelligent species cooks itself to death?"
