its a very terrible circumstances in our nation at the moment, where one man holds so much sway of politicians,...... I feel that if we continue down this road and the other party does not speak up, yell to the top of their lungs, to squelch the Trumpians... the American People will loose...and loose our freedoms in the next ten or so years.

With each day that goes by that there is no momentum by either the Democrats, the DoJ or any one of the district AG offices, I find myself sliding more and more into depression.

The only one out of those listed that I use is AT&T. I'm waiting for their response to having given money to the PAC that distributed money to the dissidents. If they give again...well, they lose my business. It is their right to fund whomever they choose. But it is my right to patronize whomever I choose. And, I refuse to spend my money with those companies who support the dismantling of our Democratic republic.

As much as we aspire for hope, it is time we face it: this planetary cancer that humanity is has to be stopped. And that Covid-thingy might just be the first sign from 'Mother Nature' stepping in to say "Enough! You carbon-based little things ought to go back to soil and usefully feed that very Earth you despised for so long."
(unfortunately, it seems that we humans are so stubborn they won't give up until they've destroyed it all. Sigh)
BatRedneck - I've long thought that humans are a cancer on the planet because we can't keep ourselves in check, or get along. I've also thought that Covid was nature's way of culling the herd. Nature has yet another way to deal with us: "What intelligent species cooks itself to death?"
