Love the '66 Riviera! One of the classiest styles ever! Thnx for posting.
ReplyDeletePurple Wolf - You are very welcome.
ReplyDeleteThe Rivi's a classic. But for pure pleasure look at the 1971-73 boattail models. A true automotive classic.
ReplyDeleteGreat choice for both.
ReplyDeleteAnon - Yes, the boattails are very fabulous.
ReplyDeleteUnknown - Thanks.
GM really had it going with their stable of personal luxury cars in the 60s and 70s. The Buick Riviera, Olds Toronado, Pontiac Grand Prix, Cadillac Eldorado and Chevy Monte Carlo. All classic designs that will be praised and collected for decades. Was fortunate to have owned a 73 Monte and a 76 Monte, the poor man's luxury coupe. Wish I had kept the 76.
ReplyDeleteMilleson - I owned a 1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for a while. It was sweet.
