Okay, after researching this guy (Bel Gris) from info left in a comment, it's apparent that he has been "enhanced" a bit. I noticed, also, that in the top B&W picture, even his nose had a little work done.

    If you search Google images for "Bel Gris Nude" you will see more pictures. Having large genitals is his job. Which I suppose he is good at.
