Call me stupid of you want, but I cannot figure out how to change the picture on my masthead. I've done it before many times, but now I can't. I go into Design/Customize/Advanced. Nothing.

    There are problems with Blogger- I cant add anything to my blogroll - per the "NET", this has happened before and I assume they are 'working on it'- I would hesitate to inform them - nasty habit of closing us down!! ☺☺
