- Health spa, yoga studio, small theatre with a seating capacity for 50, a swimming pool, three floors of hanging gardens, and a ballroom
- Parking for 168 cars
- One-floor vehicle maintenance facility
- Nine elevators in the lobby
- Three helipads and an air traffic control facility
- An ice room infused with man-made snow flurries
- Custom hand-carved rare marble pillars and stonework
- World's largest collection of antique sewing machines
I have friends who live in Mumbai and they tell me that this monument to ego overlooks one of the worst slums in the world. I dont know how the residents in the tower manage to shut out the noise, the stink and the human desperation that surrounds them. Such is life in Mumbai I am told.
