Post-1864...

Okay, call me stupid if you want (I know I do) but I could NOT figure out how that Nibblebit hosting site works. I was attempting to start building my new blog last night and accidentally picked a theme that I did not want and now don't know how to change it. Nor can I figure out how to edit the first post that was created when that happened. One thing I learned: In order to keep the site "free," I had to choose from one of three types of supposedly one-time pop-ups that would happen whenever anyone came to visit. I'm guessing (which I do a lot) that maybe that's why my blog has acquired that annoying pop-up, even though I didn't choose to have that happen. (Although I've not noticed it on other blogs.) I was hoping to get started with another hosting site to avoid getting those black-box stop-sign symbols from happening. I'm very very frustrated over this!!

    What looks like a minus (subtraction) sign, in black and white, has been appearing recently in lieu of pictures on other blogs, and NOT just on blogger blogs either. The site that tracks closed gay google blogs today (Wed. 9-7-11) asked for blog owners who have experienced this to let them know. You might want to do this and pass the info along.
    I got zilch checking google images.
