The Irish Jig, or Clogging as it is called over here in the South --- the arms loose at the sides is the telltale sign.
ReplyDeleteThe jig (la jigue) is also part of French Québécois (Can) traditional dance since the beginning of the colony. It's part of our cultural heritage from the past when Irish people immigrate here.
