What year is the USA falling back to?

DeleteI hate those clock changes. We do it in Canada to be in phase with USA. But for a while, we are considering to have no more hour change in the future.

There's really no right answer for this, it has been debated regularly here in the UK too. We changed back to GMT on the 23rd October. There are various pros and cons doing it, lighter evenings, but darker mornings. Then how about those further north in Scotland where the hours of daylight are far less than the south of England in the winter months already. We have been going between GMT and BST all my life. I think during the Second World War we did have BST +1, something to do with extending working hours in the munitions factories I think.
