I think the last one has the smallest kitchen ever - 8x8 feet, minus space for a chimney, which presumably is for a furnace in the basement, though there's no stairs or way to get to the basement. This 8x8 kitchen has no sink, no counters, no cupboards, no appliances. It makes you wonder what their concept of a kitchen was.

Number 3 is almost identical to a 1917 bungalow I once had in Phoenix. Don't remember what I paid in the 80's, but it was only 5 figures. Zillow says it's now worth over $450k.

Aunt had a 2 bedroom bungalow house in Santa Ana Ca that she purchased through HUD in 1969 for $17,000, she sold the bungalow in 1992 for $100,000.
The bungalow last sold in 2015 for $450,000, it’s now for sale at $750,000 !
