So much of what Trump has "normalized" and empowered needs to return to pre-Trump levels or lower. Covert greed is at historic levels and has finally proven the folly of Reagan's "trickle down" economics. Reagan's orientation is based on the owners sharing in their good fortune with those that really made it happen . . . their lower-level employees, rather than keeping it all for themselves. In a more rational world, it can work by profit sharing and such. In current situations, it's mere tokenism at its best.
It would be great if BOTH parties were engaged in really making things better for ALL! Conservative climate denialism has resulted in fewer changes which are NOW being realized as "new normals". Including insurance rates going up from payment of huge claims due to "Acts of God". Property insurance denials due to location. Auto insurance increasing due to damaged/lost vehicles, too. This proves what poor planners many conservatives seem to be. They are too worried about the current that they can's "dream of a better0for0all future". NOR plan for it, either!
The more liberal minds "dream big", knowing they can settle for less, yet their opponents don't see the reason for this as they seek to make such "dreams" out to be radical. Even if they are not radical at all, just a re-focusing on what needs to be done and the best way to do it.
Conservatives need to reign-in their own followers' greedy orientations themselves and do their part to get things back to normal for the betterment of all, rather than just a select few. That WILL be hard for them as they've complained and delayed so much in the past rather than offer real solutions to anything. Producing their own manufactured chaos, but then have yet to quell it as they haven't figured out how to do that, although they started it. And THAT's where we are today.
The fact that there are now a bunch of GoFundMe pages collecting money for him is also staggering. But...it would crack me up and be poetic justice, if they all were total scams and the originators abscond with the money!
