I saw the prayer of Rev. Black before the second day of Trump's impeachment before the session in the Senate.
ReplyDeleteThat was «almost» a joke in knowing how many of those Trumplicans are filled with hate and blind to the evidences diplayed in their faces by the Democrates.
This prayer seems so useless. BTW, in our political instanses in Canada, we NEVER do prayers or other religious things inside our house of legislature.
Religion and Christian religious autocracy is no more in power in Canada.
We are a multi religion country and we banned all religion from public service.
Love that last one. And I can't get over how many of these memes apply to the MAGA crowd.

We are maybe more moderate people and as on federal, provincial and municipal politic arenas we have more than two parties which gives us more choices of point of views.
ReplyDeleteAlso, most of our parties aren't the same on the divers levels of governments.
So being as polarized as USA's people cannot be seen here and violence on any level is forbiden and will be prosecuted in court. We could never see a «Marjorie Taylor Greene» being elected and worse, she would have been arrested as soon as she had posted all of her lies and murder suggestions.
Same as JiEL: I too am always astonished (and quite shocked) seeing American citizens mix prayers and debates within their legislative debates.
