Just logging on to inform everyone that my mum's cremation was this last Wednesday. Bit of a low turn-out to say the least; after a lifetime of service to the community only eight people turned up but my sister and her kids were there and very supportive, they gave a lovely eulogy.
Not much of a Christmas this year...in fact for me I shall consider this season cancelled. I havent sent out any cards or anything [my mother passed on Dec 5th, just a day after I moved house which was doubly upsetting] tho my new neighbours have been nice. My sister is only putting up minimal decorations herself [more for the kids than anything else].
So to yourself Rick and everyone here on this blog I would like at least to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year; lets hope its a much better one for us all.
