ReplyDeleteInfidel - Groan. :-)
DeleteAnd to think Elon will be moving folks around our city underground in driverless vehicles.... And folks will be getting the (sorta) bullet train between Vegas and SoCal.
ReplyDeleteBOHN... great collection. Like an art museum exhibit. Gorgeous stuff.
ReplyDeleteIn the earlier 1900s, there were all sorts of futuristic buildings and vehicles drawn. Limited only by one's imagination. Ford had a driverless vehicle movie in the later 1950s. GM had a similar movie in the early 1960s. GM followed up with the self-guided vehicles on dedicated highways designed for such. Then came the autonomous vehicles of modern times, LITTLE cars that might, rather than mass transportation. A crazy progression.
ReplyDeleteWith the new «47» president tariffs on all Canadian and Mexican goods will make many of your goods going up in price. Aluminum is mostly produced here in Province of Québec as we are the first procucer of clean aluminum. Just for that this 25% tarriff will rise prices on ALL things in which it's used like the engines in cars not to mention your planes etc...
ReplyDeleteI have to mention that we export also electricity to NYC and other eastern states and a 25% tariff will have to be paid by all citizens and air conditionning in hot summer time will be more expensive.
