ReplyDeleteYes, the American dream that's not the same anymore. When an average family with one income could buy a house. Now it takes two professional incomes, and that house is not a place to live but another volatile investment of the greedy waiting to be bailed out on the taxpayer's dime. I remember when houses started to sell for 100,000 dollars in Southern California in 1980, my grandfather said one day they'll hit the million mark and then what? The American dream will be no more, for they have cooked the Golden Goose.
