ReplyDeleteHere in Canada we evacuated any religion from any politics, governments or public life like in court house or schools etc..
ReplyDeleteEven if we did it, I think that we are more encline to take care of each other and evacuate HATE from our lives by being free to practice our religion in private and in any worship places like churches, synagogues of moskes.
We just had a ruling in Montreal justice court about the Canadian Muslim Group who wanted to have a room inside schools for the young muslims to be able to pray their like 5 times a day. The judge ruled that their demands are against the none religion place inside any schools here in province of Québec.
For sure they will continue to fight for it in higher courts but our law of education and the law against any religion sings inside the public spaces like schools, goverment buildings, court halls or any official places is there to make them neutral spaces without any religious showings.
Muslims are always trying to impose their faith to us and we don't want them to take more space in our public spaces.
