  1. We are such clever little apes.

But I've gotta ask about this aircraft...WHY?

  2. I'm with Voenix... Why, Rick, why? Just because we can doesn't mean we should.

  3. If anyone wants to know WHY, read Wikipedia, search Stratolaunch Roc carrier aircraft, for its intended purpose and other details. You might be surprised to discover who the founder of Stratolaunch was and why funding ceased for the program. The program has been purchased by Cerberus investment company is is continuing operations and development.

  4. Milleson - I'm sorry I didn't think to do the things you suggested. I'll have to make a modification to this post this afternoon, when I have more time. Thanks.

  5. I looked it up too and it seems its purpose is to help launch spacecrafts in a simpler and more efficient way. Which will probably soon prove useful, considering how fast we humans are at making our own planet inhospitable...

  6. I love advancing technology---We should always look at cost benefit analysis ---Why not explore new ways of doing old things---Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t.

Just think the first electric care was around 1870---Why haven't we explored, advanced this technology more---It’s folks-oil/gas-wedded to the past and high jacking the conversation.

This is the reason why America can't have nice things-better energy sources, trains, automobiles...---A few should not hold the majority back.
