Really very yummy
Although I let go of trying to get any fat, even a bit, years ago when I realized that having MacDonald's crap for lunch 5 days a week over months of gluttony didn't even have me get half of an lb.
Fortunately I met and was hosted by an Italian fine cook, a Mama (I was his magnificient son's groom's witness during this splendid vacation in Calabria). Anyway: she did her magic through recipes passed on over generations - am I over-selling this? - and believe me I slurped every drop of it, only to find, once back in France, that I was weighing two and a half Kg more (I kinda went "Wow!").
I know that a lot has been said and written about the Mediterranean diet, but Mama Federico's pasta cooked with fresh peas and chopped slices of Italian smoked bacon will forever remain a must. Yum! Yum!

P.S.: did I mention the father made the most delicious olive oil I have ever tasted?

[the other me: shut up you tart, no one cares, it's embarrassing]

BatRedneck - You are not overselling at all. The pasta with peas and bacon had me wanting some.

So, the latest vegan craze as far as desserts seems to be cake in a jar... which is kind of like that tiramisu in pic #1. I have yet to try one.. but they look fabu. Kizzes.

Upton: Tiramisu is not a dessert, it is just a white and greasy cream coffee/chocolate flavored sold to female youngsters in desperate need of finding a semen propagator who will secure their lives.
LoL! (I cannot believe I just wrote that thinking about one of my nieces :-)
Anyway, I will cook for you a strawberry & raspberry 'Bavarois'. Yum!
