I think people are resistant to masks and social distancing because they are in denial. They are afraid of change and want to resume things as they were before Covid. While I understand their desire and fear... it would seem that common sense and self preservation would prevail. But... maybe it is how we thin out the herd?
uptonking - I have often thought of the herd thinning, but don't wish for it too much because the collateral damage could include me and my partner.
