Imagine being a voter in Mike Johnson's district when he says congressional members should be allowed to trade stocks using inside information...because it's impossible to live on $174,000.00 a year and his state has one of the (3) highest poverty rates in the country.

ReplyDeleteThey should only pay senators and congress members the average pay of the working class in their States.
DeleteThey should also be made to get private insurance, and pay for it out of their own pockets, after all that’s how they want it for the average worker.
Then perhaps they’ll get an idea of what the real cost of living is and get a taste of the financial realities and burdens Americans face everyday.
