Had to look deeper into this. 4 distinct office towers, not the same building. The appreciation of architecture is subjective, designed to elicit a response from our individual perspectives, both favorable and repulsive. These seemed to hit me somewhere right in the middle of the spectrum.
That looks like UPS accidentally dropped it off the back of their truck when they delivered it.
