ReplyDeleteHollywood wasn't always light-hearted comedies during the war years, this movie is a fine example of that fact. A pairing of two screen legends in a 1942 film that eerily warned of what we are witnessing in real time in our country today. Many have not seen this example of moral decay, corruption and the evil some of us are capable of committing...unfortunately we are faced with some of us repeating the sins of our elders.
