DeleteIn the last few days I have been to the House of Terror Museum in Budapest. The stories which describe how they were taken over by the Nazi party and then the soviet powers were horrendous and you can see the USA now doing exactly the same methods to demonise part of the population, then remove the funds and businesses of those they do not like. The justice system is altered and dissenting media is silenced. The state then starts physically going after the population and locking them up becomes easier and easier. The surveillance of the population is now far easier than it was back in the 1940s and 50s of course.

Good comment but in USA 75 millions and more of them are not even able to see this coming. This shot down is adding the insult and those repugs MAGA will never see how bad their president and GOP lawmakers are.

That is how it was in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Our nations suffered in the First World War and the international Depression.
Our people’s fears used to accept nationalistic authoritarian governments of our own volitions in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Our countries were viewed as prizes by Hitler and Stalin. In 1939 came Communism and its abuse, and then in 1941 came the Nazis and their abuse. After the war Communism again and its 45 years of fear and terror. Don’t let this terror happen in Amerika ! As there will be no going back for decades.
