2025.0911.0001-Thursday...
The killing of Charlie Kirk by an unknown assailant is already being pinned on the left by Trump, therefore stoking the fire. Setting people against each other is an old ploy, it worked in Germany when the Reichstag building was set on fire.
ReplyDeleteThey blame the left, and yet it’s their very own with the guns.
DeleteTrump had two assassination attempts and the very assassins were his very own followers. Maga encourages violence, as they did on January 6, and before that, the sick conspiracies they espoused and believed about the children murdered at Sandy Hook.
Now they reap what they have sown, the right has lost all credibility.

The Right, continuing its desire to be perceived as the poster child for normal, sane, thinking, religious people (who don't desire to spend any money to help others have a better life on this planet, by observation) WILL seek to point fingers on "The Left" (as a broad-brush "whole"). Moreso now than in the past! As THEY, themselves, still worship "their party leader" and have given/enabled him with complete immunity for anything he might have done. Just has God has done for "sinners"! A "leader" who would have been quickly incarcerated 50 years ago for any ONE of the things he had spoken of/been convicted of back then. Some church denominations would have kicked him out of their church after his FIRST divorce, too! I ALSO suspect that Dr. Billy Graham would have been in a pulpit somewhere denouncing what has become "religion", too.
ReplyDeleteAt this point, I really don't know how much further down the drain this country will go before something is done. The whole thing makes me very, very sad.
ReplyDeleteThe worst would be a civil war, but let's hope common sense prevails.
DeleteThis, again, sad assassination is only ONE more on the huge list of your dead people by fanatic and sick people which were exacerbated since Trump is in the public spheres. Long before 2015 he did have many times express his vitriolic views on the American life and politics.
ReplyDeleteSince 2015 he introduced this language of hate and calling Democrats «enemy» of USA's democracy all over his presidency and after more an more.
Outside USA we didn't know who was Charlie Kirk but now with all what we see of who he was and did say show how he was building up the gap between ultra right conservatives and ultra left liberals.
USA are more now than ever the «Divided Stares of America» and it would need a miracle to change the way it's going on in the future.
The freedom of expression in USA is a mirage now when both sides are stuburn not to listen what the other side is proposing.
The way I see those MAGA commentators on tv shows is that they will yell all over the other and make false claims or facts to divert the main subject.
Sane and real debates in USA are no more possible.
Calling your «adversary» in politic as «enemy» shows how one track minded and anti American some politicians and MAGA fans are now thinking.
As said by Mrs Betty Bowers :
ReplyDelete“Both co-founders of Turning Point USA died from things that were preventable, but which they mocked and urged this nation to ignore. Bill Montgomery was killed in 2020 by COVID and Charlie Kirk was killed in 2025 by gun violence”.
I don’t think anyone with intelligence wants to be a part of their America.

Mr Kirk didn’t believe in empathy, he thought it was a made up new age term.
ReplyDeleteSince he had no empathy for others I have none for him.
