2024.1228.0002...
I believe the first and last pairs are computer-generated.
You're right about these two being renderings. I like the #1 for its streamline Art-Deco style, though its pool and terrace makes an overuse of concrete that spoils the whole thing bay making it 'too heavy'. #2 must be uninhabited, which would explain the lack of care of the surroundings. It would take great advantage of a proper lawn, some Italian cypresses, hydrangeas and oleander trees, with perhaps a trio of albizia?
The last house, though AI generated, is livable and viable. Looks like the bedrooms would be upstairs and the living areas downstairs, as was the custom of some homes built on hillsides in the Hollywood hills of Los Angeles in the 1920’s. -Rj
(vvs)
There were many ArtDeco and Streamline Moderne häuser like this in Germany and Europa before the war, many sadly destroyed in the war and others foolishly torn down in later years. Amerika ist fortunate to have fine examples in extant today. (vvs)
I can imagine the first two were computer-generated. Nothing human would design a pair of swimming pools like that.
ReplyDeleteHi
ReplyDeleteThey look computer based as the shadows are all over the place too?
Hugs from Bob in 🇬🇧
Bob - Yeah. And, they just have a fake look to them.

Laurent - Those are good choices.
