Rick, you're pushing a lot of my buttons today(in a good way), I haven't been to Winthrop Washington for many years, it is an hour's drive from where I grew up. Quite the holiday home for that family and as you can see, the landscape offers panoramic views in all directions. We fished for trout in a nearby lake every summer. The only thing that would bother me is the area is quite barren and rocky with sagebrush and is rattlesnake territory. I'm a big sissy when it comes to poisonous snakes.
