More it is going on in USA mostly in RED states, your country is becoming more and more like the Sharia law Islamic countries where women are second zone citizens and have no real human rights.
Putting the ten commandments in ALL schools and university classrooms is the tip of the iceberg of religion overidong civil laws.
YES IF you elect that orange guru and his sorogats USA will go back in time to the 50's and gay rights are the next target.
I have been totally surprised at how so many conservatives are looking at only ONE part of an issue, rather than the total issue! Getting a child into the open air is their only concern, by observation. No matter what, got to get that child alive. If the mother might die or be harmed for life, if she lives, that is secondary to their concerns. And THEY desire to codify these things! Where is their human decency and compassion for others? He might not have a faded orange glow, but GWBush might need to come back and give then several lessons of "passionate conservatism"!!
Many conservatives seem to have NOT considered, "What would I want if I or my spouse was in a life-threatening birth situation?" Would they defer to "pre-destination"? When their supreme being should have given them "gumption" to know better and do good to protect the lives of their spouse and others involved? Everybody has their own sensitivities on these things.
Perhaps we need a revived "women's lib" movement to protest these conservative-oriented laws and orientations? Let them burn their bras, get on "the pill", and enjoy life again. Free from government intervention!
While also understanding that they should do what they can to prevent "surprises"! Understanding, too, that somebody has to pay the bills and it should be THEM rather than OTHERS. Then acting accordinigly.
