That elephant made of tires is a beautiful example of artsy upcycling!
They need to put others like it in schoolyards: youngsters will love to play with them :-)
Laurent - Good example of upcycling, yes; but children would get their little hands soiled with rubber and then might lick it off.
Yeah, today's mommies and their obsession with sanitization. I feel grateful that I grew in world when we could go roller skating freely with just a handkerchief in our pocket to use as bandage whenever we scorched a knee, drinking water from city fountains no matter if there was a 'drinkable' sign or not and once in a while throwing a firecracker in a neighbor's garden without risking them going and filing a complaint at the police station...
